We have found over the years that most Kinds of statistical
information on zip codes can be very misleading,
or just plain unhelpfull.
Here are a few examples why
If you were targeting Hispanic households, zip code statistics would show many zip codes with only 30 0r 40% Hispanic. But in reality that
percentage is usually in one concentrated part of the zip and generally right next to other Hispanic Areas
There are zip codes that have 2500 High income homes but over 20,000 Lower income apartments. Statistics for this zip code would show Low income on an average.
I can think of more than one zip code that has a pocket of high income white homes, next to medium income Hispanics homes, that is right above an area of low income African American homes.
You could be mislead by statisics and miss thousands of potential customers. But in most cases we can define, not only full zip codes
but also, partial zip codes to fit your needs.
These are some of the different types of Areas Customers have asked for our help with in the past.
